Devon began his career working with salespeople at the age of 20 while working in his family's real estate and financial planning business. Within four years he was managing a large, corporate real estate firm in Southern California. There, he was introduced to his first life coach who influenced him to study the works of some of the world’s greatest motivators, trainers, business leaders and spiritual/personal development teachers. For over 25 years Devon has personally worked with, coached and motivated hundreds to achieve the results in life that they had only dreamed of before. This ability to bring profound change can only come through really caring about people, together with a whole lot of practical experience and education.
